Anyone else loving the repeats of who's line is it any way on dave. Never used to miss an episode back in the day. Ryan styles and colin mochrie are my fav's, followed closely with tony slattery and greg proops.

Quality show!

I like the Superheroes game. Ryan Stiles as Double-take Boy and Karate Lizard Boy was hilarious.

Yeah the American version is better cos it's got Wayne. But Ryan and Colin are the stars of the show.

Ryan Stiles is a genius, far too littel of that guy on TV. He made the Drew Carey show, mmmm, Drew Carey show, might go back and look that up, remembering coming in from pub as a young un and flicking it on late night RTÉ.

I love this show i watch the UK repeats on Dave all the time and i'm constantly on YouTube searching for the American version.
They're both hilarious but i prefer the American version because of Wayne Brady. But my favourite is Colin Mochrie, he's hilarious.

Watched an episode of this on Dave yesterday that had me in stitches, Colin had to be Ryan's arms and there were supposed to be giving this guy a haircut, it was freakin hilarious.

Yeah, I hate it when he joins in the last game. Pathetic.

I quite like Drew Carey.
The Richard Simmons episode is a classic. The first time i watched it, i laughed so much i couldn't breathe. It's all so silly and hilarious, especially Greg Proops reaction. "I'm just so happy."

I'm loving seeing the British episodes again on Dave. I prefer it to the American version, which is just too tame and repetitive. Drew Carey is rubbish and Wayne Brady never justified why he was made a regular.

GREAT show; I actually like the new and old stuff equally.

The episode with Colin breakdancing actually made me wee a bit (clicky).

I was just looking on TV.com and it says Wayne Brady was in the 1998 season of the UK version, is this true?

Just watched episode 3 of Season 8 on there, and the last game which (oddly enough) Drew Carey took part in where they 3 of them where talking about a wedding where one had to be standing up, another leaning over and the last guy sitting down and they kept on rotating and screwing up had me laughing so hard my chest was hurting, it was hilarious.

I've just found some great news - the DVD of Series 1 and 2 of Whose Line Is It Anyway? is being released on Region 2 in Febuary, presumably with more to follow. This will be a purchase for me as it will be great to see episodes in full rather than catching the odd bit on Dave or searching on youtube.

Has everyone seen the Irish Drinking Song in the American Version about "Shouting the wrong name in bed" where Drew messes it up and they all fall into hysterics. In it they all collapse because Colin says "MEOW" and I'm really desperate to find out why this is so funny in the context of the whole show.

A dvd, I'm so there! Now if only they could release the American version. And yes I know what you mean, see random clips on youtube can be annoying because they seem to reference earlier things in the show.

I prefer the US version...

And i wish they'd release that on DVD over here already.
And release more than season 1...(I believe that's the only season released on R1 atm)

Fair enough. I don't see the attraction there, what with the giggling and the not saying anything funny. My problem with Wayne was while he could be good, he just wasn't consistant enough, and clips like that show he just wasn't as quick as the rest of the performers.

I think Wayne was a regular because he was the best at making up songs. He was very good at it, but his jokes can get rather repetitive. He has his moments, but Colin and Ryan always reign tops.
My favourite person on the show who wasn't a regular was Greg Proops followed very closely by Jeff Davis.

I love Greg proops, and I loved Josie Laurence in the UK one, she was always really good, better than the woman in the American version
