Rambo fans will probably love it, non-Rambo fans will remain non-Rambo fans. The trailer was a bit naff but then it would do when we've seen how the action/violence fares already.

The only thing missing were the words straight.to.dvd.
I love 80s action films as much as the next guy - Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, Aliens and Predator sit proudly in my DVd collection - as does First Blood.
It was tragic to see Stallone turn one of his best performances into little more than a cyncial cash cow though.
The two sequels to date have been awful - there is nothing to suggest this is any different.

aside from the three blindingly good action trailers that have so far proceeded the movie you mean?
Looks a damn sight better than Live Free or Die... oops, nearly threw up again over what a bad film that was.

John Rambo looks gritty, gnarly, action packed and testosterone pumped. What's not to like?
