Whilst obviously W&G is a work of absolute art, and I am amazingly excited by this announcement, I'm a bit worried that the plot sounds kinda similar to A Close Shave...

obsolete art britesparc? Apparently your name is trying to be ironic (i hope, otherwise that spelling is just plain worrying) as for this? I think W&G suffered from a long run time in Curse of the were rabbit, for the time they were on screen there didnt seem to be alot ofjokes. Hopefully this will be a 'short' maybe a half hour or so, because another feature may just be the last nail in the coffin for these wonderfull characters.

More Wallace and Gromit can only be a good thing.

The Curse of the Were-Rabbit is my favourite of their adventures (slightly ahead of The Wrong Trousers), so it would be cool if there were another feature-length film, but at least the fact that this one will be a short means that we won't have to wait anywhere near as long.

I think taking W&G was a bold move, but it didn't really pay off as much as they would've hoped. However,  the half hour adventures is what made W&G big in the first place, and would rather see it as Xmas TV than big screen movie.
