Bought tickets to go and see the Fall today

I am so excited, I missed them on their last tour due to my own stupidity, but this time should be awesome!

Yeah - I looked at the pre-sale, but decided against it as they didn't have seating tickets.  Mrs R, bless her, is a little short and doesn't enjoy not being able to see a whole lot...  So I'll be in the scrum when the main tix go on sale to try and bag a decent seating ticket.

Broken Social Scene (yes, BROKEN SOCIAL SCENE, not Broken Social Scene Presents... something that isn't actually Broken Social Scene, but just Kevin Drew with a few friends) in Vicar St (best venue in Dublin, in my opinion)
My Bloody Valentine in the Manchester Apollo

And then whatever else comes up.

Unbelievably, that BSS gig is only going to cost €25, which is the same price they charged for their gig in the same venue two years ago. Whereas for this year's gigs, Thom and co. added about that much to the price I paid to see them two years ago.

I really wanted to get tickets for the nick cave tour but there is a VERY good chance it falls right when my exams are... which is a bitch

However, I am going to see Earth Tomorrow.
And the Futureheads in March. Both at Northumbria Uni.

Today I bought a ticket to go and see Jack Rose somewhere in Newcastle, I forget the name of the place and I am not sure where it is but I am sure I will find out sometime soon enough.
