It is over 230 miles away. It is like saying that Plymouth or Pembroke or Preston is on London's doorstep.

Went to see that on Tuesday. Mike White was there for the intro, then Hannah McGill (festival director) did a Q&A with him afterwards. My friend asked him a very important question! But I won't say what, as it would give away one of the plot turns.

Thought the film was decent enough without being great. Just felt it was a tad disjointed, especially in the later stages. Didn't seem to know if it was outright comedy, gentle whimsy or some sort of animal-rights activism. Good performances though. Molly Shannon was quite good, Peter Sarsaard was quite the lovable goof and John C Reilly had me at "so these are my knives...."!
