I quite like this movie. Even Ikea Knightly can't spoil it. Some excellent performances from Alan Rickman, Emma Thompson, and Andrew Lincoln. And Rowan Atkinsons single scene is very funny indeed. Yeah, it is idealised, a little smug, and has a sickly sugary heart. But it is a lovely christmas movie that has, in my opinion, something for everyone. Oh, and Liam Neeson is good in it too! Though is is now a little strange after Taken and The Grey to see him in a roller neck sweater playing cute and vulnerable! His "set of skills" has certainly changed since then.
