Or... 'Wake' like just after a funeral and he's actually dead or something...... oh I dunno I'm just clutching at straws now. This is what 5 years of waiting has done to me!

Not sure what is more concerning....

The excitement that the game caused you, or the fact that you're browsing Empire naked while being positioned near your underwear....

Does look a very nice set though

I was hoping this would be something a bit different but it's looking like a Silent Hill clone at the moment. Will probably still be a Day 1 purchase though....

Just ordered this special edition for myself. Was torn between this limited edition or the one for Red Dead Redemption, but this seemed to have far more in it - including a code to download the first piece of DLC free, the premium theme and avatar clothing.

Play are sold out if you read the small print.

I'm heading down Gamestation tonight to preorder it.

I pre-ordered mine from Shopto.net yesterday.

Was £44.99 for the special edition but I would rather pay the little extra and get it either early or on release day from a company that has never let me down yet - unlike Play.cunts.

I may get shouted at for asking this but what is this game about/storyline etc?

Haven't really bothered to read the reviews in some mags and everytime I see it, it reminds me of Silent Hill and I hated that game so I don't really take much notice of it.

Good news folks - it looks like it has been brought forwards a week.

I'm with Pratt on this one and actually know very little about it. From the trailer it looks like a Silent Hill rip-off crossed with an attempt to emulate the success of Hard Rain on PS3. Having said all that, the Ltd Ed looks seriously lush and at £40, i'm considering pre-ordering... Hmmm!

Nothing to do with Red Dead Redemption being out on the 21st then?

How can a game that has been in development since before the 360 was launched be a rip off of a game released last month?

It seems nothing like Heavy Rain to me, and as you just quite rightly pointed out, was well into development before Heavy Rain even existed.

And using Silent Hill as inspiration or what not for you game can only be a good thing in my opinion (at least if you're referring to the first two games). All games look towards other games for elements to take and improve etc, developers wouldn't learn much and improve games if they didn't look at games that have been both commercially and critically succesful.

I'll be getting this but Red Dead Redemption is out a week after so will hang on for that. Or maybe get them both!?!?!? Summer games drought my arse (this year).

I'll be getting this and see what the RDR reaction is once it's out. I haven't played a GTA game since Vice City and if it's just GTA Wild West I'll pass.
