 Not sure how to with Paint Shop Pro, with Photoshop you Ctrl T to target the image you want to put in his hands, then you can rotate and resize it. Then go back to the Locke layer, and copy and paste the section with his fingers and Charlies shoulder. Paste this layer over the other image and use the eraser to get rid of the bits that stick out.

Sorry. thats mostly waffle. I'll do some better instructions in the morning!
