This Tayto Chesse and Onion Chocolate bar is quite nice.

So it's finally happened. Through sheer luck I have managed to successfully avoid any wedding invitations over the years and today I received an invite for the reception of one.

The reason this fills me with dread is that I know I will have to dress like a lady. Which is a problem as I have fat legs and can't walk in heels.

Not sure how I'm meant to dress.

#Firstworldproblems.

Nice new pic, title, sig, location combo there, Sway.

Pretend the wedding is in the 80s and dress in a power suit with shoulder pads. Winning.

Thanks. I never do it half arsed, I always stick to combos!

And thanks for your sartorial advice, I think you may be onto something.

You don't actually have to wear a dress these days? A dressy trouser suit is perfectly acceptable.

Also - Mark Ruffalo with shorter slightly greyer hair seems to be morphing into Vincent D'Onofrio.

I've always thought Ruffalo was the spitting image of Chris Sarandon.

Unless I want to either: (a) keep badgering random people to take my picture (even the thought makes me cringe, I may as well wear a bum bag too) or (b) go travelling to all these far-flung places and come back with no concrete evidence that I was even there... I think I am going to have to practice the art of taking selfies. With a DSLR.

I don't actually have any problem with selfies in principle, it's more the fact that I can't take a good picture to save my life. I don't even mean I'm ugly, I'm an average looking person! But when that camera casts its unforgiving steely gaze on me... Rocky Dennis is gazing back.

Every Sunday, I leave a chicken carcass (left over from Sunday lunch - well, not mine I have a nut burger or something else ) on the lawn for the birds to pick at and the fox to take.
And he does without fail. Even sometimes turning up an hour after I've put it out. He's quite tame, won't run off if I approach him (I've gotten within about 6 feet) and I like to make a ritual now of leaving him something on a Sunday.
Well, I get home from work last night and on the back doormat (which is the other side of the house) is half a rabbit. Too big for a cat to manage. It's not been touched (apart from being bitten in half) and is sitting there on the mat.
Now, I was curious if foxes do this? I know cats will leave presents, but I was quite excited last night to think that Filbert (ahem, that's his name ) is actually saying thank you.
The wife and kids thought it was gross. I was quite honoured

That is actually pretty sweet. Even if he's an evil git for murdering bunnies. But still - it's a lovely thought to think it is him.

I just got an image in my head of jonson being all pally-pally with a fox, and then it stealing his hat and him going fucking berserk, stomping round his garden screaming at it

My neighbour did bollock me for feeding him, but you know I live in the country, so I have no problem with foxes.
It is a sweet thought that he's leaving me a present, it was the first thing I looked for this morning to see if he'd left me anything else (sadly not)
According to someone I spoke to this morning, they saw him last week with 3 cubs crossing the road (as in baby foxes not young Scouts) so I'm wondering if it is him now because you'd think he'd save the rabbit for his kids.
Unless I am really special

Or the rabbit is in fact riddled with disease and the fox is trying to off you in an attempt to get to your seemingly endless supply of chickens

I just need to get over it apparently, he's been through worse etc. I didn't expect anything else which is why I didn't tell him for as long

Although, we wasn't being a bastard about it, amazingly. I know I'm painting him as such saying this but he wasn't, it's just him.

Bloody hell.

Just read about the nightclub in Glasgow that had a two-way mirror installed in the women's toilets. On the othe rside are private booths you can hire out for 800....so you can sit and watch the women.

Fucking disgusting.

Do they have a two way mirror in the gents, and how often is Ryan Gosling in Glasgow?

Just had my first "LieMax" experience. For the price, I can't say I'm that impressed.

Nothing particularly wrong with the experience, the staff were helpful, the seats were comfortable, and the complimentary nacho's, soft drinks and popcorn went down a treat, but the screen just wasn't that noticeably brighter, sharper, or clearer than the best screen in my regular Cineworld, a cinema where I can watch unlimited films for 15 a month.

It's a world away from the real thing at the BFI Imax in London, that's for sure.

[EDIT]

And the glasses managed to block my nose and hurt the sides of my head as well.

The sound was terrific though. I was watching Star Trek and I damn near jumped out of my seat whenever someone fired a blaster.

[EDIT]

Pardon me, I meant phaser.

Phew, think I dodged a bullet there!

The word 'aeroplane' has quietly been replaced by 'airplane' in my vocabulary and I'm not quite sure when that happened.
