Totally exhausted right now, but so very glad to be back at home, and not being disrupted every two seconds by nurses needing to take blood, take my temperature, blood pressure, or give me an injection or meds.

Oy vey, what a horrible nightmare it's all been.

I can only imagine.

Anyhoo, I am thinking that in the past hour I have read angry Tweets from actress Evan Rachel Wood about the Mail posting paparazzi pics of her with the ultrasound photo of her unborn child. It looked as though she was caught 'in the street' with the photo when in fact she was in the hospital car park going to her car. Anyway, she (rightfully so in my opinion) ranted about it and the Mail have now taken the story and photos down. Result.

I didn't see the specific report but I think part of the worry here is the person to person transmission and they're trying to get news out to ID anyone who was in contact with this chap before anyone knew he was infectious. Would have been nice if it had been done without being overly alarmist though!

 It was the manner in which she went out of her way to point out it was a virus and could not be treated by antibiotics, suggested it was on the way to an epidemic, and the whole tone was "HIDE UNDER THE BED THE VIRUS IS COMING TO GET YOU!"
