JD, yes the Cravendale ones are absolute quality, they're made by a French company, PicPic Andr, who also made a series called Panique au Village (A Town Called Panic, over here) which is pure class. Today I made the set for my latest animation project at uni, and I'm doing it in the same style, had to buy three toy people, nearly 8!! Ripoff, I'm never getting kids (or at least toys for them).

Sorry, I digress, the Honda "Cog" advert, with bits and pieces knocking into each other. And their robot in the museum one, someone mentioned it earlier on, just so quiet and peaceful, you don't get that often in adverts these days.

The Levi's "Odyssey" one, where the two people race each other through walls and up trees before lauching themselves into space, great music too.

BBC's "Rush Hour" ident from several years back now, before free-running/parkour was really known about, just using it to get to his tv in time (quite good music on this one too).

I'm sure there are loads more but clearly they're not as memorable as I thought!

That Snickers ad is quality.

Only ads I can remember liking are the Nike football ones, in particular this one and this one.

I think my favourite recent advert is for Coke, the one when that bloke puts his money in the drinks machine and we see this whole little world inside, ending in this big ceremony just before the Coke gets dispensed.

I love that one, one of my all-time favourites.

Best bit - Old guy gets tattoo to which Mexican guy says:
"Nice!"

Fantastic advert. As well as being one of the greatest songs of all time, the facial expressions on the gorilla is just brilliant. My missus even wondered whether they'd got a gorilla to play it.
The CGI is amazing (better than Kong IMO)

Isn't that a bloke in a suit, with an animatronic mask? Good ad though.

Interestingly, the ad contains no CGI whatsoever, the makers actually used a gorilla they raised in captivity and have been training since it was 3 to play the drums. You can read more about it [here].
