Only had the pleasure of watching the episodes that are uploaded on msn (about half of season one) but this is one of the smartest comdies I have ever seen.
(quotes from memory)

Gob: Hey, im looking for the actor who plays, hermano.
Actor: Como?
Gob: Oh, you'll be in a coma alright.

In fact Micheals one night stand had layed various indications of her blindness throughout the night.
Micheal: so tell me something about you
Lawyer: I have
retinitis pigmentosa
Micheal: I told you dont get technical on me
....
Micheal: This is the best date i've ever seen.
Lawyer: Well, I don't see many
(laughs)
...
Lawyer: IM BLIND
Micheal: IM WASTED

not a piece of dialogue but when G.O.B dances in good grief in front of the coffin.has me in stitches every time i see it or tobias giving out to michael about giving him marriage advice

Tobias:oh i'm sorry your wife is dead(pause)i'm terribly sorry, that was highly inappropriate

The biggest laugh for me was all the subversive gags.  Things like the Burger king product placement in Motherboy XXX, or the "housing order" gag in season 2.  Not to mention the one-armed man.

loved the burger king product placement but also like stuff like the blue handprints on the wall and michael replacing anne's name with various things "yam","egg"

I've just started watching this after receiving several recommendations and I haven't been disappointed. I watched the first series last week and plan on watching the second over the next few days as I have some time off work. My favourite character has to be Buster. I've just watched the episode where he tries to run away to Mexico but ends up at the home of his maid. Brilliant.

My favourite characters are Tobias and G.Micheal Jnr. George Micheal Jnr is so nieve and the kid who plays him does such a great job.

It's not a quote, but one of my favourite parts was Michael's double-takes and stunned expressions. Jason Bateman was so good in the role.

I think Michael is one of the funniest characters, and Jason Bateman played the role very well considering as you say much of his comedy was conveyed through mere facial expression alone. Some of his retorts are so quick I nearly miss them too.

Anyway, it was indeed a great show, one of the funniest I've ever seen.

Tobias (as Mrs. Featherbottom): O-kay, who'd like a banger in the mouth?

Right, I forgot, here in the States, you call it a *sausage* in the mouth.

Michael: We just call it a sausage.
