I've been watching it all, an awesome game I think if he holds serve he CAN do it.... and i'm a Nadal fan...

I'm a Nadal fan too, but a part of me is interested in seeing how far Murray can go if he wins this. A possible Federer beater ?

Don't forget it's summer over there so playing during daylight hours would be unbareabley hot.

You're right, HIM. In fact earlier in the week play was suspended for over an hour because of the sun! The temperature was reaching 40 and that's before you even start talking about the humidity. Players were also having 10 minute breaks in between sets off court.

 Ok so basically a one set game. Its funny how players seem to reset themselves and start again after a set is lost. I've seen players lose a set 6-0 ten win the next. Smart money has to be on Nadal closing out now. Based on his greater experience. But its not lost yet.

I think it all adds to the atmosphere, which makes for a more entertaining game. I watched the Sharapova game before this one and it was like playing in a morgue.

 Bollox he went down in five to Nadal - he was wiping the floor with him for the first set and a half, and then his form just dropped off and let Nadal back. He missed so many break points in the end it made his task impossible against the quality of someone like the Spaniard.

All in all a real shame - Nadal was there to be beaten and maybe a bit of inexperience let Murray down. Despite the loss it shows how far he has come under Gilbert and his fitness levels have definately increased. Roll on the rest of the year!

Didn't realise I was being quite so contraversial - sorry! I was basing it on the fact that he plays for Britain in the Davis Cup, is therefore clearly classified as British, and I'm British... Therefore I was considering him to be the British people's man, and the 'our' applied to all the Brits on here - I don't know if that includes you or not!

Quite gutted he lost, but he did so much better than I expected him to at the start of the match! Pretty exciting to see him sticking with Nadal until the 5th set, and the way he mixed up his shots was a lot better than in the past - I think Gilbert has had a lot to do with that.
