I've remained the same weight for about 5 years now - I've consistently stayed at around 11 stone. Whatever I eat.. I go through phases of exercising and eating really well, then (like the past few weeks) sitting on my ass eating food and watching telly..it never seems to affect me, I just stay like i am.. That said, I'd like to tone up again, I can never bring myself to stick to a regime - when i'm on it, it goes well - green smoothies, walks, weights, skipping.. when I don't, it's bread, chocolate and hours of TV (currently Nip/Tuck ) I guess the one constant is vegetables and fruit - they're cheap and easy to get hold of, and as I have very little money at the moment, I'm living off veg stews, fruit, occasionally chocolate and sometimes nothing at all.. last week all i ate was porridge.. My lucks gonna run out soon though, I need to be active again - part of the problem is not having a full time job, nothing to get up for during the week - so I just lounge around.. i need a bike.
