Please. If Dowie wanted to lie to Palarse that was up too him, we had nothing to do with it and that was proved in court. Perhaps Simon Jordan should have read the small print in his mutual consent agreement a little better, he would have noticed that at no point was any agreement made that Dowie wasn't allowed to manage another club for at least another season. Mind you I'd be impressed to learn that Jordan can actually read...

I was thinking more the location factor of it all GF, didn't he say he wanted to be nearer his family up north then promptly sign to another london club, that's the geographical 'joke' I was attempting to link to Tevez.

 Just realised the last time City won the league in 1968 they clinched it against us (Newcastle) who they just so happen to be playing on the second last game of this season.
Please settle it the week after, lads. The last thing I want to see in the flesh is some fucker else win the title. Especially on me birthday.

 Have hear that Alexandre Pato may be used as a bargaining tool in the Tevez to AC Milan Saga. I'd do a straight swap today! Pato is 23 and a fantastic player. Tevez is now nothing more than a fallen idol at city who needs to be got rid of sharpish. I used to deify this fella and I feel rotten saying it even still... but he has to go.

Mancini is King. CTID.

 Samba's looked quite good when I've seen him this season. I'm not entirely sure he's City quality, but that transfer request has to be for some reason.

Anyone else think Wigan might get a result tonight?

EDIT: okay, scrap that I've just seen the City starting line up and they are playing Silva and Aguero

When did I mention anything about Irish players like Robbie Keane The Top International Goalscorer From Ireland and Britain™?

Can we not discuss the erratic nature of a goalkeeper without bringing up nationality?

 Charlton's entire first-team squad is coming up to City's training ground this Thursday to take part in, and watch a training session, in which after Roberto Mancini and Chris Powell will get together to discuss "tactics and ideas" going into the business end of the season. The players will also do the same. This is a great opportunity for us, I knew Mancini and Powelly were good friends so hopefully this is something we will really value and take away from, given we're in effectively identical positions, I'm excited by this and it's a shame it's not open to supporters, as far as I know anyway. Maybe a pre-season friendly might be in the offing too.
