I will double check the subtitles but it is an English language film so is 100% English friendly. We will get a release down the line i'm sure, but i was itching to watch it and the French release looked so nice. 3 discs are blu rays, 3D blu, 2D blu and extra features and then there are 2 DVD's, one with the movie, the other with extras. Everything has French text, including the storyboard book, but it's storyboards so not really a problem there. There is English writing on the digipack bit though.

I watched it and it's a superb film, absolutely gorgeous cinematography.

Great film, one of my faves. Truly, utterly mental, but brilliant.
