 Has anybody been watching this? Waiting for broadband to arrive so I can start aquiring the episodes.

The first season was shaky but the final stretch of episodes were impressive so i have high hopes for the second season. Even though the second episode appears to be about clowns, things that terrify the crap out of me.

Expected there to be a thread already but the search came up with nought

i've seen upto about episode six or which ever is the latest episode, it's more of the same but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I'm just worried they're gonna run out of ghosts/ghouls/monsters/spirits to kill

 I think they should be ok for a couple of seasons yet. I'm in the mindset that they need an extra person in the regular line up to add a new dimension to the show.

 I really like Supernatural, in the age of Lost etc. its good to watch a show where things happen and get resolved within the framework of one episode. It is a pretty much straight cross of Buffy and X Files with a bit of Urban Legends thrown in, but thats no bad thing. 

It did lose its way about halfway through the 1st season, about the time they were fighting haunted pictures, but the last few episodes totally brought it back, the final episode was really good with a great cliffhanger (that was quiclky resolved in season 2 (ala Alias)). So far Season 2 has kept the high standard up, the killer clown one was really good.

The two leads are both good, the soundtrack is rocking and the car rules - what more could you want.

 I love this show but I'll have to wait til it's on Tv here to see the second series.

And Jensen Ackles is so fine

 Can anyone please tell me when the second series is gonna be on TV in the UK? I am getting really pissed off with waiting for it. I've watched the first series about 3 times through now and I need more. I'm getting withdrawl symptoms. I need more spooky madness. Oh and I need a Jensen Ackles fix. Seriously the man rocks my world, tell me it's starting soon or I may go mad

ITV2 January 28th. And season 2 kicks the first one in the nads. It's pretty damn good.

 I've seen up to halfway through ep 9 of season 2, and it is definitly alot better than season 1, less freak of the weak and more arc stuff

 Just watched episodes 10 & 11, 10 was really good, some continuing pionts in teh big arc and a great new character who I hope to see the return of. Ep 11 was ok but it was more freak of the week than anything, currently downloading 12 and looking foward to it.

 Just watched episode 19, Folsom Prison Blues .. cracking episode with a genuinally scary monster of the week. next weeks looks impressive too.

Anybody see the episode Hollywood Babylon with a guest appearence by "Sherrif Lucas Buck"

 Episode 20 is pretty neat! I went into it thinking it would be amazing but i'll settle with neat
Jensen Ackles gave a great performance as Dean struggling with whether to live out the lie in happiness, don't know whether I could have made the same decision though if that was me.

Was really cool seeing the likes of Jess again too, and Dean's wife being a hot girl from a beer advert was also a nice touch. The season (possible series) finale begins next week, and judging by the preview it's gonna be spectacular!

2 part season finale yeah. Apparently we will get some sort of closure so if there isn't a third it won't be as bad. I will be surprised if it doesn't come back

Just watched the episode on ITV2 were Sam is possessed and takes Jo hostage.  Probably my favourite episode of Supernatura ever an it was welcome after the stinker we had the wk before.  The one with the angel of death as a priest thingy was very poor.  The problem with Supernatural is the small cast, Dean and Sam's conversations get repetative after a while and boring.  When Jo or someone else is in the episode it's much more interesting
