A terrific bore - one of the few movies where I fell asleep 5 minutes into it, awoke at the ending credits and felt as if I never missed a shot. The producers elected to include every cliched version of small town Iowa people; every cliched version of baseball in general; and every cliched reason to take the flick and trash it. Spare yourself 2 hours of your life and skip it!
