MarDev -> What a sad loss (20/6/2013 6:27:20 AM)

James Gandolfini and everybody else who worked on The Sopranos ushered in a new golden age of television. The man was a great actor and his death is so sad.

Hugh_Fran -> So sad (20/6/2013 7:59:25 AM)

Aweful, horrible news that such a gifted actor has been taken so young. RIP big man, we will always have great memories of you on screen.

ElephantBoy -> RE: So sad (20/6/2013 8:15:49 AM)

Extremely sad, already such a great actor, but he still had so much to give.

Workshed -> Very sad (20/6/2013 8:31:50 AM)

James was a fantastic actor and will be missed. The Sopranos was a seminal show and he carried it. RIP

burtbondy -> Terrible News (20/6/2013 9:41:03 AM)

His portrayal of Carol in WTWTA touched me emotionally. Great actor. R.I.P.

Whistler -> (20/6/2013 10:04:19 AM)

I hate reading this kind of news. 51 is too young. Terribly sad. That's it; I'm going to finish watching The Sopranos now as I've been meaning to for so long. RIP James Gandolfini.

rissole -> I'm gutted! (20/6/2013 10:55:17 AM)

You expect the aging stars of yesteryear to eventually pass but not someone still in his prime.
Condolences to his family

coomi77 -> WTF!!! Gandolfini was epic!! RIP sir, you will always be a legend. (20/6/2013 11:11:27 AM)

DONOVAN KURTWOOD -> RE: Gutted (20/6/2013 1:41:10 PM)

dude looked at least ten years older than 51

LSJShez -> (20/6/2013 3:51:14 PM)

If I explained how gutted I am, I'd come across as a weirdo.

Willy Wood -> RE: (20/6/2013 4:14:48 PM)

I've had a heart attack and i'm only 44.

Dvid Ilott -> A fine actor (20/6/2013 5:59:17 PM)

Anyone who remembers seeing "True Romance" for the first time always remembers two scenes. Both involve very different face offs. The first is between Dennis Hopper and Christopher Walken and the second was between Mr Gandolfini and Patricia Arquette. The beating she takes at his hands and her subsequent retaliation marked the arrival of his great screen presence. His later performance in another Tony Scott movie, "Crimson Tide" was also fine. A major loss to quality cinema.

cenobiteMe -> tragic (21/6/2013 6:19:43 PM)

I don't usually comment on here but I am deeply shocked and saddened at the death of James Gandolfini he was a great actor who shone in everything he was in RIP Sir and thank you for entertaining me
