a123matt -> so excited (11/4/2013 12:45:17 PM)

awesome, i think this is his finest novel, could be excellent....

DouglasW -> (11/4/2013 12:55:31 PM)

Another one to look forward to! Glad to see that everyone's staying true to the roots of what is a depraved, scabrous hilarious, car-crash of a novel. Bring on Porno....!

acertree -> Weary of McAvoy (11/4/2013 1:02:14 PM)

Must admit I'm getting weary of McAvoy films. Weve had two in the last month or two and now another trailer.

mancalledpete -> G.B (11/4/2013 1:29:09 PM)

Why does he remind me so much of Gerard Butler in this trailer? Weird.

Looks great though. Cinema is too weary about solid 18 movies these days. Watering them down to nothing. I hope this is true to the roots.

guysalisbury -> McAvoy overdose (11/4/2013 1:32:26 PM)

I have to agree withacertree. Enough of McAvoy already. In my opinion he's not even that good. He's terrible in X-Men First Class. The book is brilliant so I'm looking forward to this regardless but take a break James, Enjoy your winnings!

Begbie's Glasgow? Begbie is from Edinburgh

Not how I imagined Bruce, he reads as quieter and nastier. And who is playing the tapeworm?

Battan9000 -> Adaptation (13/4/2013 9:24:36 AM)

This is what looks to be a great adaptation of an Irvine Welsh at last. Not been one since Trainspotting. Ecstasy and Acid House were both Meh. Doesn’t matter that it’s not a 100% like the book. Trainspotting changed loads but was true to the spirit and feel of the novel. Think this will be good.

Hope they follow it up with Crime. I loved Crime even more than Filth.

I don't really like the look of it.
