Post your comments on this article

Simon124 -> OK, feeling a bit better about this now (21/3/2013 9:09:56 AM)

It's starting to look like this has a plot! Still think it's Gary Mitchell though

ScottiE -> WOW (21/3/2013 9:21:43 AM)

Already counting down the days..

dunkah -> (21/3/2013 9:36:49 AM)

So nothing's gonna happen to those redshirts escorting Cumberbatch, then...

Scruffybobby -> RE: Star Trek Into Darkness Trailer (21/3/2013 10:42:12 AM)

Well I was sold on a sequel as soon as the end credits rolled on the first one but I am now seriously stoked for this. I'm already planning my day off for opening day

And it's not just becssue of Alice Eve in her undies...[;)]

megank13 -> Duuuuuuuuuuuudddeeee (21/3/2013 10:45:01 AM)

just when you think it couldn't get any more epic. J.J. releases another brilliant trailer that just completely whets the appetite for a badass villain like Cumberbatch. I honestly think it's basically a bad ass killer version of Sherlock from the BBC series people!! :D

DarthMaxxx -> OMG.... (21/3/2013 10:48:44 AM)

Looks awesome, and also THIS MAN IS DIRECTING STAR WARS!

jetfontaine -> Alcatraz (21/3/2013 10:56:09 AM)

Was Alcatraz being destroyed a bitter joke about Abrams' crap show being cancelled?

AquaDragon2K -> STID (21/3/2013 10:57:36 AM)

Sqqqquuuuuuuueeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!

leroythemasochist -> Interesting... (21/3/2013 11:49:30 AM)

Cumberbatch is going to steal this show. Coz he's like all evil n English n nat!

And yes, as has already been pointed out, JJ is directing Ep7. It's got be AT LEAST as good as this trailer...
Good luck mate.

chrissloley -> Godfather Part III (21/3/2013 1:00:50 PM)

Anyone else think the shooting up of the meeting was a direct rip from the best part of the Godfather trilogy?

Nah, me neither.

Lord Midas -> No one's said it yet, but... (21/3/2013 1:14:42 PM)

BEST. FILM. EVER!!!

SiD300 -> (21/3/2013 4:26:09 PM)

f**k me!

Rebelbumscum -> Crash landing (21/3/2013 4:47:54 PM)

To set the scene: The ship has been hit and is in dire straits! Engine power is failing, helm is not responsive and the Sulu is nowhere to be found... taking the stage, a descendent of Deanna Troi...So long USS Enterprise NCC 1701...At least there's plenty of letters left in the alphabet. ;)

AquaDragon2K -> Star Trek Into Darkness - trailer breakdown (21/3/2013 4:56:26 PM)

Please and thank you!

garymakin -> Schweet (21/3/2013 6:18:06 PM)

I am stoked as a goat on a boat.

Draven Cage -> (21/3/2013 9:22:46 PM)

I'm still saying he's going to be Khan.

They've said his name is John Harrison, but not one single person in the trailer has said his name, even though Starfleet Command know who he is.

That, to me, screams that the name is a red-herring.

NeoBrowser -> (22/3/2013 2:27:36 AM)

Really not happy with Alice Eve's casting.

Other than that, it looks FANTASTIC.

infomercialqueen77 -> (22/3/2013 4:06:22 AM)

This trailer really shows the ruthless nature of John Harrison. During the wait to find out his motives, I have been watching all Star Trek films with Blockbuster @Home from DISH. I am always busy with my work shift at DISH, so I love that I still get the chance to relax with a movie at the end of the day. My movies are delivered so quickly in the mail, and watching the films again has made it apparent that this is one of the toughest villains to date.

spark1 -> Into A Bikini (22/3/2013 10:17:50 AM)

'star trek into darkness' aka 'the film with the blonde in the bikini'

gene would have approved.

Wild about Wilder -> RE: Into A Bikini (22/3/2013 5:19:15 PM)

What with this & GI Joe 2 has London now become the new New York?

Don't forget the Total recall remake! Second thoughts, do your best to forget the Total recall remake, get a memory implant or something. Mine should kick in soon, although, I can't remember why I had it done now... What was I talking about?

Anyway, great trailer! Looks like Star Trek could join the billion dollar revenue club, I think this is going to be awesome! Pity JJ won't be about for the third. Bring in Len Wiseman I say, He hasn't directed a film since Die hard 4.0, give the guy a try!

Samurai7 -> Wolverine link brings you here...please fix (28/3/2013 8:38:39 AM)

Wolverine is looking a lot like SPOCK these days.
