The "storm is coming" line is starting to reeeeeeaaaaaaally get on my nerves.

ronniem -> Where's Nic Cage losing his sh*t (15/3/2013 2:25:10 PM)

"Sean bean dying" is the most hilarious supercut I've seen in ages...the same Youtube user also did the famous "Nicholas Cage Losing his shit"...great editing and I can't believe you guys at Empire left it out...

Ali Plumb -> Ronniem (15/3/2013 2:37:30 PM)

We didn't! It's in Actors Habits 2

ronniem -> Re: Nic Cage... (15/3/2013 2:56:13 PM)

Ooops my bad Empire...had somehow missed it!! Hilarious stuff...Nic Cage has some range..."P-P-P-ISSED BLOOOOOOD!!!!" lol

staypuft2 -> this one's a goodie (15/3/2013 3:33:59 PM)

HighwayJoe -> So much love (15/3/2013 10:29:38 PM)

I love you guys so much for putting this together.

ClaraDarko -> One question for you, Empire team (16/3/2013 11:43:04 AM)

I am ClaraDarko, movie montage editor with more than 2,000 subscribers in Youtube and hundreds of videos edited. I really want to ask you: among these 150 supercuts, how many are edited by women? Cause I keep feeling the world of supercuts and movie montages is a male world, and I know that my videos are good, but you guys keep ignoring me. I have around 30 huge montages and most of them hardly get any views at all, but some of them are much better, more entertaining, more complete and more professional than some of the supercuts you've featured in this article. More views doesn't always mean more quality, that should be obvious. Look for me on Youtube or DailyMotion.

ClaraDarko -> By the way... (17/3/2013 6:29:41 AM)

You guys don't seem to know what a supercut is exactly, cause I see you included Kees van Dijkhuizen's "50 years of James Bond", which is no supercut at all, it's 100% editing, no repetition, but a montage in dramatic progression.

And I also see you included "20 Movie Knockouts - Face Punch Supercut" which is ridiculous: only 20 films (that can't even be called "supercut"), a few of them are not even punches but slaps (not the same, are they?) and there is some TV series in there too ("Movie Knockouts"? Hello???).

Try this instead: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ij6Q8jWUbks. 80 movie fights and face punches in less than 4 minutes. It's edited as a montage, not as a supercut, but since you don't seem to care about that distinction, you could have featured it instead of that lousy "20 Movie Knockouts".

Also, in the making of this compilation, you should have found my raining montage, my crying montage, my monsters montage, etc. Any of those would have fit this article much better than some of the videos you actually featured, mediocre works or montages that don't even fit in the supercut concept.

Just saying.

Ali Plumb -> Clara Darko (18/3/2013 12:19:49 PM)

I wasn't even aware of any sort of gender divide at all! Will look at your stuff now. Also, how are we ignoring you, exactly...?

Ali Plumb -> 50 years of James Bond (18/3/2013 12:20:27 PM)

I know it's not a supercut, it's just that I love it and I wanted to celebrate it in the Bond section.

ClaraDarko -> RE: Clara Darko (19/3/2013 8:12:07 AM)

Maybe you're not actually "ignoring" me, and you simply ignore my existence. Which is amazing, cause an article like this should require a lot of searching, to really find the best supercuts out there. And you actually came across my channel, cause you featured a video uploaded in it ("Looking at you", which is my husband's work), but you never had a look at the rest of the montages?

ClaraDarko -> RE: 50 years of James Bond (19/3/2013 9:04:43 AM)

Oh, so you do know "50 years of James Bond" is not a supercut, and yet you added it to a list called "Ultimate Collection of Movie Supercuts" just cause you love it? How does the criteria "it's just that I love it" fit into the "ultimate" concept? I thought this was "Empire's Ultimate Collection of Movie Supercuts", not "Ali Plumb's favorite supercuts and non-supercuts".

DancingClown -> RE: 50 years of James Bond (19/3/2013 9:40:01 AM)

Super-cut? Are we talking about Piers Morgan or someone?

Chief -> RE: Empire's Ultimate Collection Of Movie Supercuts (19/3/2013 11:39:17 AM)

Bloody hell, who farted on Clara's ice cream?

Probably not the best way to go about securing a future mention in the mag...

kleblond -> O-face SUPERCUT (19/3/2013 10:51:40 PM)

This is a new one I just saw over on dailyoftheday.com It's pretty effing awesome though, no pun intended. :)
