Cover image broken (Full Version)

I have a problem with Empire Magazine App. The February issue icon is stuck in landscape mode as you can see here:

I tried archive and redownload the Feb issue. And I also turned off and restarted my ipad mini with no success.

I don't think that's landscape, looks like the image has only half downloaded and then corrupted. It's not something I've actually seen before. If archiving hasn\t fixed it then likely the only fix will be a complete uninstall and reinstall of the application - though that would mean redownloading any issues on your device.

Should a high quality static cover image always appear after the video presentation for each issue? The April 2013 issue's cover seems stop on the final frame of the video, allowing readers to replay the video with a tap but the cover image does not appear.
