calumnorth -> The franchise has gone to shit. (17/1/2013 8:25:27 PM)

I could honestly write a better script than any Hollywood scribe, V needs to be taken back to it's roots.

Go and write one then.

bdgr -> It will never happen but.... (17/1/2013 8:43:32 PM)

I've always thought the Robcop vs Terminator comic should make the step up to movieland... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RoboCop_Versus_The_Terminator_(comics)

kielerkai -> This needs to be hard R again! (17/1/2013 8:52:28 PM)

No more teenage PG-13 crap, please!

rich -> RE: This needs to be hard R again! (18/1/2013 12:56:47 AM)

No more crap, any rating would be nice. Laser battles or GTFO.

rudyalapag -> absolutely won't be turned down (18/1/2013 1:20:54 AM)

i am ready for another round for TERMINATOR and that is TERMINATOR 5. and it absolutely won't be turned down, EVER. until whomever's gonna direct it right.

Erm... what?

Nicky C -> Can't help but get my hopes up... (18/1/2013 9:36:26 AM)

... because Terminator is so cool, despite the quality of the non-Cameron films. 3 was a star vehicle for Arnie and 4 was so very nearly good, but it didn't seem to know what or even who it was about. The best director in the world can't make a poor script interesting. With a strong, compact story any Terminator movie could be brilliant, but my personal choice would be for it to be aimed at adults. We need more grown-up genre movies.

spamfiend -> War against the machines (18/1/2013 1:02:09 PM)

I would really love to see the Skynet system gaining awareness and the battle between humans and the machines. We have only ever had snippets of this in the movies and I for one would love to see John Connor commanding his troops, sending Kyle back and then the resulting destruction of Skynet after all the past events have been re written

launcelot -> Re: War against the machines. (18/1/2013 5:39:38 PM)

Umm...you're describing the plot of Terminator Salvation

BenTramer -> 2029 Or Bust (19/1/2013 4:15:01 PM)

Fans have been hoping for a movie set entirely in 2029 with the future war and mankind's final victory over Skynet. In the Terminator books, there's a really good bit where the Terminators all freeze because the Skynet central computer has been destroyed by the victorious rebels. I'd also like to see more of the extermination camps that Michael Biehn mentioned in Terminator 1 but I think the investment people want a kiddie-friendly rating to make more money, so we'll probably never see the full horror of those camps.

Cool Breeze -> RE: 2029 Or Bust (19/1/2013 7:08:30 PM)

They really should just let it lie now.Salvation didnt break any box office records so i dont thnk people are screaming for a new Terminator film.

Litshttam -> 'Acknowledgment to the works of Harlan...' (19/1/2013 10:11:39 PM)

Ellison... that name rings a bell ;)

BenTramer -> Arnold Not Playing A T-800 In New Terminator? (20/1/2013 7:56:59 PM)

On IMDb, it says it's "rumored" that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be playing a T-1000 in Terminator 5 (that's a liquid metal Terminator for those of you that don't know). I haven't heard that mentioned anywhere. That's something he hasn't done before, could be interesting.
