This was a stand-alone movie. Although I enjoyed it immensely, I have no desire to see what happens next. Look what happened when a studio got greedy..........Blues Brothers 2000! Nuf Said!

Why would MGM spend money on making a sequel to a Warner Bros. property.

(My original post was to say that Green Lantern was too shit to warrant a sequel. So was Hot Tub Time Machine, but at least people went to see it... then I noticed we were talking about MGM, and not Warner Bros.)
