I subscribed to empire magazine in October since then I've had no magazines deliverd no free game and the worst customer service ever. I've had numerous emails confirming my subscription and have had 3 different direct debit days emailed to me. Love empire magazine but I would recommend just buying from the shops it's less stress.

I must say I subscribed last year and have never had this problem. Are you sure it isn't a problem with the mail in your area?

Nope I also subscribed to total film had no probs with them if anything I got them earlier.

I subscribed in February and after several emails and promises of "it'll be with you in 5 days" I still do not have my first issue. I have been a subscriber in the past and have never had this problem before, in fact I always received my copies of Empire ahead of schedule. There is no problem with mail in my area, I have lived here all the times I was a subscriber in the past with no problems. I am so annoyed that the issue is sitting on the shelves in the shops but I do not have my copy of it. I am not impressed with Great Magazines at all and they are making Empire look bad. [:@]

Hey AndT PM me your name, address, postcode, phone and email and I will get our fulfilment house on it.

Depending on when you subscribed in Feb will determine whether you will get the issue out now or the next. We stop taking orders for the next issue around the 18th of the month, any orders after that will get the issue after next for thier first issue. Thi sis because we have to order the right amount of paper to print the issue.


If you did order before the cutoff, I'll get them to extend your subscription by an issue and I would suggest that you pick the latest issue up (or I could organise for them to send you one but it will take longer). If you ordered after the cutoff, and you were given incorrect info as to when you should expect your issue I will give the guys a bit of a dressing down!
