That's not actually the sequence from Friday VI in the clip - it's somebody's YouTube remix. (Although the actual clip from the film isn't on YouTube, so fair enough). In the film, it zooms in on someone's eye, and then Jason does that walk across the pupil. So the outside of the circle is an eyeball, not a gun barrel.
