Most annoying C*** of the Year - The woman who came in 45 minutes late to The Dark Knight Rises & claimed I was sitting in her seat (which I wasn't). Missed 5 minutes of the film arguing with her. Bitch!

The 'Totally okay film defeated by high expectations' is definitely Prometheus.

Hottest leather clad chick of the summer - Anne Hathaway: The Dark Knight Rises.

Standout scene of the summer - Batman vs Bane round one: The Dark Knight Rises.

Funniest scene of the summer - Hulk ragdolling Loki: Avengers Assemble.

Best visual fx of the summer - Prometheus.

Best action sequence of the summer - Opening fifteen minutes of The Expendables 2.

Worst most pointless film of the summer - The Bourne Legacy.

So was I reading that wrong because I thought the point they making was that Bane was the standout villian at least for most of the film? For the record Bane was the weakest thing in DKR and a truly dull villain altrough the fight scenes with Batman were impressive.

Hathaway rocked!

Best movie of the Summer: Nostlalgia for the Light.

Best Blockbuster: The Avengers Assumble

Best Performance: Anne Hathaway

Best Comedy: My Sister's Sister (closely followed by Five Year Engagement).

Best Thriller: Polisse

I think I'd add this category based on personal experience...

Worst Film To Watch The Morning After Guns N' Roses Kept You Up Until 3am: Prometheus

I loved the film, but think I'd have probably enjoyed it even more if I wasn't so tired.

Totally agree on the standout scene, it was amazing!!

Fastest Sudden Increase in a Film's Overall Quality goes to the dwarves!?!?

What about the first glimpse of Hathaway in the catsuit or the end credits of Bourne Legacy

Also best cameo for me had to be Ryan Reynolds in Ted
