Brazil - Never seen, to my shame Dead Man's Shoes - Excellent He Who Gets Slapped - Never heard of it Jaws - Excellent Jungle Book - Loved this when I was a child, was not so enamoured when I saw it again a few years ago. Midnight Run - Not seen Peeping Tom - Not seen Psycho - Excellent Ran - Not seen Taxi Driver - Excellent, my favourite of the ones I've seen Toy Story - Excellent, though I do prefer Toy Story 2 Van Helsing - Very very silly, but at least it's not Forrest Gump [;)]

Brazil - Good, but I had hyped it up a little too much for myself on the first viewing, so I came away a little disappointed. The second viewing was pretty great. Dead Man's Shoes - not seen He Who Gets Slapped - One of my favorite silents Jaws - a classic, obviously. The Jungle Book - all right Midnight Run - not seen Peeping Tom - Only bad thing about Psycho is that it overshadows this gem Psycho - see Jaws Ran - not seen Taxi Driver - see Psycho Toy Story - Part of my favorite trilogy Van Helsing - not seen

It's my fav of Chaney's films, West of Zanzibar is incredible too. One of the nastiest films of its time.

Psycho is just an amazing piece of work - the way Hitchcock has you in the palm of his hand and plays you from the first minute to the last is absolutely masterful. It's also funny as fuck.

The Jungle Book - amazing songs, great voicework but it's never been my favourite Disney and this rewatch hasn't really changed my mind on that.

Peeping Tom - with its vivid colouring and deliberate artifice, it has the creeping, prickly power of a particularly horrible nightmare. It's a sleazy, horrible experience - and I love it for that.
