EMCUBED -> TDKR UPRISING (10/7/2012 2:49:18 PM)

I have listened to the whole soundtrack on loop for the last three hours. I am happy. I am sharing and July 27th is sooo far away. Placing those immaculate IMAX visuals to these elegant electronica-orchestral cues will break my wall of sanity. Thanks Empire for achieving the dream!

joaomlo -> Hans Zimmer is the best a (13/7/2012 10:16:02 AM)

joaomlo -> Christopher Nolan and Hans Zimmer rock and so does you Empire (13/7/2012 10:38:34 AM)

I would like to thank the Empire magazine for this (epic) exclusive. I am waiting for the film since 2010, when I saw The Dark Knight. Hans Zimmer and Christopher Nolan surely know how to turn any blockbuster film into a piece of art. The first (and only movie until August 2nd) that I saw with this team was Inception... It was love on the first sight, and it was the movie that made me want to see the Batman movies (Christopher Nolan´s ones and in the end, I saw the Tim Burton ones). Hans Zimmer makes Epic scores and it is all said, and in the other hand, Christopher Nolan made what very other directors didn´t had the
courage to do: reboot the Batman saga after the (obvious) failure of «Batman and Robin», and he succeeded! So, in this soundtrack, «Gotham Reckoning»is epic to the point of making me chills, and «Mind if I Cut In» has a new piano sequence that certainly is for the post-Two Face Bruce Wayne, since it transmits the feeling of someone that is somehow loosing grasp on his/her sanity. My favourite are these two, so what I can do is to thank you all so much and wish you keep up the good work!

jamiecfc -> It's a long way... (13/7/2012 8:01:33 PM)

from the theme to 80's rubbish BBC quiz "Going for Gold" which Hans also wrote. Yes I was amazed too, watch the show on Challenge TV :) Anyway with few exceptions soundtracks without pictures are OK at best, this is pretty cool but not as good as David Arnold's 1990's Bond soundtracks.

Lol78 -> The Zimmer Effect (17/7/2012 8:19:02 PM)

Absolutely a great soundtrack. However, there are very strong themes linking back to his earlier work on Black Rain

henry7 -> (17/7/2012 10:21:41 PM)

Love Hans Zimmer

denius88 -> RE: (18/12/2012 11:47:37 AM)

Great sound track of this movie.

dseys -> (25/5/2013 6:02:24 PM)

Are you going to stream Hans Zimmer's soundtrack for Man of Steel one week before the release, just like you did for TDKR soundtrack? :)
