Does anyone over here care about American football movies? They're all the same; coach takes over team of losers and whips them into championship-winning form (like teacher movies but with sport). Predictable and boring.

Friday Night Lights and Any Given Sunday are great films, and five years of sell-outs for the NFL game at Wembley would suggest that there is a very enthusiastic audience over here for all things Gridiron.

Dont be so ignorant indeed. Before you comment on something it is better to get your facts straight. In order to secure the number one pick in the draft a team has to have the worst record in the previous season. So the film will probably be about a coach trying to lose as many games as possible rather than winning them
