Hughezyvstheworld -> how does he keep doing it? (7/6/2012 12:39:45 AM)

this looks EXCELLENT.

but i was wondering how they were going to be able to make a trailer without using "that word" in it.

Shifty Bench -> RE: how does he keep doing it? (7/6/2012 12:45:50 AM)

Holy shit, is that the original Django, Franco Nero, at the end of the trailer? Awesome!

Whistler -> "Gentlemen, you had my curiosity, now you have my attention." (7/6/2012 12:58:21 AM)

It looks amazing. As I just said in the future films thread, DiCaprio looks like he's having loads of fun playing a Tarantino villain and I reckon he's going to steal the show. Again, it looks amazing. Cannot. Wait.

Toursiveu -> Django meets Django! (7/6/2012 2:52:03 AM)

Wonderful cameo at the end of the trailer! Django meets Django!... Seriously, it is time for Franco Nero to have his long-deserved comeback. He's one of the greatest european movie stars of all time!

wgfuzzydunlop1 -> Franco Nero at 2:17!!! (7/6/2012 2:59:45 AM)

Sorry, thought I was on Youtube. Excellent trailer! Looking forward to it.

Eomer_King -> (7/6/2012 4:10:59 AM)

This obviously looks amazing.

papalupara -> Jackie Brown was great but... (7/6/2012 8:46:12 AM)

by the looks of this QT made the right decision in doing his own thing rather than going with an adaptation of Elmore Lenords 40 Lashes Less One.An amazing cast (Bruce Dern,Franco Nero,Zoe Bell),but I just wish he could have squeezed in a role for Michael Parks as Earl McGraw`s Great-Great-Great Grandpappy. Be interesting to see if Sally Menke`s absense is noticable,I`m guessing the film will be dedicated to her.Can`t wait to see this.

Thumbsucker -> "Django is off the chain..." (7/6/2012 11:49:21 AM)

...okay, that's kinda cute!

conywolf -> awesome (7/6/2012 12:03:32 PM)

This looks classic tarantino, brilliant cast, razor sharp script. Also only he could properly get away with that kind of soundtrack in this kind of film, long live quentin tarantino!

Rich Empire -> Excellent! Bold Spaghetti Basterds. (7/6/2012 12:56:57 PM)

Can't wait for this one!
Looks beautiful and littered with great performances.
I've never been a huge Jamie Foxx fan but he's really looking the part.
More Waltz speaking QT's dialogue, what's not to like.

MarcWilliams -> Can't wait (7/6/2012 1:58:52 PM)

I have enjoyed the majority of QT films and this looks like being up there with his best.

Swedle -> Not impressed (7/6/2012 2:03:32 PM)

Hmm... I'm not a massive QT fan, he's sort of an... auteur by numbers if you will, he gets things right, most of the time, but he's pretentious and over-rated in my opinion, plus I love the original, and i dont think this can live up to the epic cheesiness of Django

123GO! -> Django unchained trailer (7/6/2012 3:10:55 PM)

Initially thought this would be really serious, given the subject matter. But it looks like Tarantino has again successfully combined some comedy (Di Caprio's eyebrows) along with the drama.

Jasper_29 -> RE: Django unchained trailer (7/6/2012 3:14:34 PM)

This looks like the biggest Tarantino production so far...  excellence all round. And it looks like the most fun DiCaprio has in a role since he was The Kid!!

clarkkent -> (7/6/2012 4:05:23 PM)

Looks bloody brilliant. Exactly what i'd expect from a western by Quentin.

UTB -> RE: (7/6/2012 4:26:13 PM)

Still not convinced by Foxx but everything else looks sublime. Looking forward to it.

JediBobster -> All in the Reflexes (7/6/2012 4:27:38 PM)

Kurt Russell? I thought he broke his chains to this film and was off enjoying himself some golf time.

LSJShez -> (7/6/2012 4:29:25 PM)

My appetite is now wetted. Inglourious Basterds was enjoyable enough, but I'm hoping this time QT's a little cleverer with his homages and references. And this time no Bowie, and no fucking Eli Roth!

Sorry for the multiple posts. Kept getting errors. Didn't realise it was posting anyway.

evildave69 -> (7/6/2012 5:06:55 PM)

Sooo sick!

Navthedon -> Fox? (7/6/2012 5:59:00 PM)

I like everything about this film apart from Jamie Fox. I never liked his delivery much (Collateral springs to mind) and as well as that he just lacks presences. I was worried that Will Smith would lead but Foxis no great improvement and hes always just rubbed me up the wrong way. Shame really as it looks like fun.

Looks cool, QT will always have my time as one of the few people actually making interesting original films. Seat is already being warmed for this one.
