Away from what the public saw and when the tools were down, he was apparently a great bloke to hang around with. Similarly, he followed Chubby Brown (who he can't stand in terms of his act, but it was the job he was given by Chortle) on a few tours in the late 00s (and was "with" him during Brown's common assault case) and what he was expecting to find was a low brow, racist and sexist heavy drinker, but what he actually found (again, away from what the public see) was a quiet, likeable and world-wise fellow. To be fair, I have heard this about both of these (presumed) twats before. How about I just label anyone who would willingly attend a Chubby Brown gig as a Twat & give the same treatment to anyone who has even considered voting for Galloway?
