Yes! I love Giant Monster films - Deep Blue Sea, Deep Rising, King Kong, etc.....

Primeval sounds like a great Friday night movie. A giant crocodile causing trouble and Dominic Purcell as the reporter/destroyer of beasts who is sent to investigate.

Should be a great watch. Purcell was rubbish in Blade: Trinity but i really like him in Prison Break so hopefully the show will give this film enough exposure to make it a hit.

Is this still about the killer 25ft alligator and Dominic Purcell hunting it? As Aintitcool have a poster, that if it is, is cunningly misleading.

Thought I'd keep you company Timon! As far as i know its the one with a giant crocodile/alligator type thing.
 
Sounds a bit too much like Lake Placid for me. Could be good in a tongue in cheek sense but if they try to take it too seriously the whole thing could end up a big Anachondas-esque mess

I know which one I'm leaning towards! Keep an eye out for Rogue. It's a similarly based croc movie but it is creating some positive buzz at the minute.

There was an alleged review of Rogue on A**N a good few months ago, it got a good review. Isn't it made by the same crowd as Wolf Creek?

Possibly three. Theres a movie called Black Water. Low budget Aussie movie. I heard the central premise of it is very similar to Rogue. Tourists in outback being picked off by Croc/Crocs.......

Looks like they're taking the whole thing way too seriously. Its about a giant alligator (or crocodile - I don't know the difference) Mind you I saw a poster on another thread talking about the crocodile being the world highest profile serial killer so I had an inkling of what road they were going down.
