Under Siege
The folk that the Tommy Lee Jones character was attacking screwed him over
and then some guy kills him allowing the jerks to win.
I can't remember who it was exactly that screwed him over.

I'm going to add Skyline to the mix. Humanity is essentially FUBAR by a nigh unstoppable force, despite the way the main characters' story ends.

Unthinkable - they don't show the bomb actually go off, but I think that's what happens.
FightClub - although tyler is dead, the bombs still go off, tyler wins!

Spoilers!
Right I can see why you may say that, but to me that is just reading too much into the ending. It is quite clearly proven that Beth is the killer and that the ending with Catherine and the Ice Pick is just to plant a seed of doubt in the audiences minds.

will1000 -> RE: Films where the bad guy wins (4/3/2012 7:58:38 PM)

Cloverfield...

Cool Breeze -> RE: Films where the bad guy wins (5/3/2012 12:35:30 AM)

The Dark Knight- The Joker succeeded in turning Gotham into chaos and turning Harvey Dent into a psychopath.Batman is now wanted by the police for murder and will have to disappear for years at least.

Lord Of The Rings- Sauron only wanted his ring back and those douchebag hobbits threw it into a volcano. As if that wasnt bad enough, nearly all of middle earth ganged up on his country and destroyed his army. The bullies.

Terminator 3-The good guys fail to prevent Judgment Day.

ElephantBoy -> RE: Films where the bad guy wins (9/3/2012 1:35:02 PM)

Just thought of another cracker!

The Consequences of Love.

This features one of the saddest endings I have ever seen. Although in some ways the bad guys don't win because they don't get their money. Anyway I thought it was worth bringing up[:)]
