It would be odd with out the Stath, but the biggest "uh oh" for me was:
"Frank's CIA handler "
Getting images of Frank working out of an L.A HQ, with all sorts of backup: Perhaps a 'wacky' lab tech / IT guru; An exiplicably attractive scientist; A gruff CIA/FBI/NSA agent; a government type who mistrusts Frank, etc, etc, etc...
I just hope Europacorp get it right. Aside from a little bit of help from Insp Tarconi, it needs to be just Frank on his own. Kicking the arse out of bad guys. And making his car fly.
