This has real potential. Taking a good (not great) film and giving it to a director who excels at popcorn imagery (e.g. blowing up the white house) where the lack of plot (scientists travel around the human body - that's it!) should be a positive bonus could just be a stroke of genius! (P.S. I love Independence Day) (P.P.S. I hate all the other's since).

Watching the original a while back I thought"There's some remake fodder", but Roland Emmerich........not who I would have hoped for.
