Boo.  I can't see the photo (extra http:// ?) You have great taste in women / actresses.  Almost posted this thread myself earlier.

vad3r -> RE: Emma Stone (23/4/2011 11:45:37 PM)

I could see the photo fine but I changed it for your viewing pleasure.

Here's another one to make up for the (supposedly) earlier mistake:

ElephantBoy -> RE: Emma Stone (26/4/2011 9:37:11 PM)

I have only seen her in Easy A and Zombieland. A she was very good in, but I have issues with the film, and it is possible I would have liked it far less if not for her, on the other hand I loved Zombieland, but wasn't as impressed with her in it. I will have to see more from Stone before judging.

theoriginalcynic -> RE: Emma Stone (26/4/2011 11:39:32 PM)

Love her in Zombieland.  She's good in the house bunny but it's a poor MTV style film.  Superbad - she's great in that.

NCC1701A -> RE: Emma Stone (27/4/2011 10:11:24 AM)

I like her in zombieland and have Easy A but its on my watch list however looking forward to the new Spiderman film like Amy Adams in the new Superman film they should both be good.

Have you seen Easy A?

theoriginalcynic -> RE: Emma Stone (27/4/2011 2:02:46 PM)

Yeah, I've seen it.  I thought it was good but not great (worth a watch - a decent high school comedy)

buffster28 -> RE: Emma Stone (26/9/2011 8:19:34 PM)

love her too since superbad. zombie land & easy A were top films.

so glad shes in a huge blockbuster ' spiderman ' should make her a huge star.

ElephantBoy -> RE: Emma Stone (1/10/2011 12:45:24 PM)

Easy A was good overall, but I do think maybe her performance papered over some of the cracks, in some ways it was a bit of a poorer version of Mean Girls which had a much better script.

Tech_Noir -> RE: Emma Stone (22/1/2012 6:40:19 PM)

Oops, pre-existing thread.

Just watched Easy A again (with commentary this time) and felt the need to create an Emma Stone thread.

Not only does she have a great screen presence but she comes across a genuine and sincere person in real life. Looking forward to seeing her in many more movies.

directorscut -> RE: Emma Stone (22/1/2012 7:30:37 PM)

She's got the creepiest case of bug eyes I've ever seen.

superdan -> RE: Emma Stone (22/1/2012 7:41:00 PM)

I'm slightly in love with her a little bit. Mainly as a redhead though, the blonde look doesn't do a lot for me (in her case).

What is it like to have no joy in your life, sir? [:D]

itsmandylee101 -> RE: Emma Stone (9/2/2012 10:24:18 AM)

I like her, but not her movie (Easy A). I don't know why, it was funny, but it felt like there was something missing. Hmmm. But nevertheless, she's very talented and is a great comedian. I also adored her in Crazy, Stupid, Love and I can't wait to see her as Gwen Stacy!

Sutty -> RE: Emma Stone (5/3/2012 4:55:38 AM)

She is a fantastic actress,great comedic timing and beautiful to boot! I think she is gonna be around for a long time.

matthewforan -> RE: Emma Stone (5/3/2012 11:58:28 AM)

I echo the sentiments mate in the above post. It's kind of creepy how much I like her [:D]

Plus she's perfect casting for Gwen Stacy...

ElephantBoy -> RE: Emma Stone (5/3/2012 1:23:08 PM)

What did people think of her in The Help? I have not seen the film, and it is not one I will be rushing to see, but I do think she should bring some qaunity to it.

NCC1701A -> RE: Emma Stone (24/5/2012 8:51:12 AM)

Have finally watched Easy A and loved it.

TragicRomantic -> RE: Emma Stone (8/7/2012 6:32:59 AM)

Very pretty girl!As an actress,she's evolving well,next few films should be interesting choices.

Timbzy -> RE: Emma Stone (8/7/2012 10:56:07 AM)

Don't find her attractive, she was good in The Help and she was okay in Zombieland and Crazy Stupid Love, otherwise...

The Help - 3.5 / 5
Zombieland - 3
Crazy, Stupid, Love. - 3
The Rocker - 2.5
Easy A - 2.5
Superbad - 2.5
The House Bunny - 2
Friends with Benefits - 1.5
Ghosts of Girlfriends Past - 1

TragicRomantic -> RE: Emma Stone (8/7/2012 11:07:19 PM)

I did say she is evolving,The Help should see meatier roles.

buffster28 -> RE: Emma Stone (11/7/2012 8:46:45 PM)

really liked the help thought Emma was really good in it - can't wait to see the new Spidy film.
