Spoilers for Night of the Hunter I was watching Night of the Hunter not long ago and the young girl, Pearl, really got on my tits. Throughout the film Harry Powell basically treats her like shit and threatens to kill her several times (and actually does kill her mother), and when he finally hunts her and her brother down after they've floated half way down the Mississippi, what does she do? Runs up to him and hugs the guy's leg like a over-friendly poodle. And she's got an annoying voice.

I know this is telly but its GREAT telly: Tony Soprano's ma. What a horribly nasty and hateful woman - and how beautifully played. I wonder just what would have been done with her character and her godawful relationship with her son had the actress playing her not died... Oh and one not so obvious choice which may annoy a few people: Ferris f*****g Bueller! No matter how many times I watch that film I still think he's a such an annoying, smug, self-satisfied wanker - hate doesn't do it justice...

Another vote for Capitan in Pans Labyrinth. Jason Isaacs in The Patriot. James Cromwell in LA Confidential. The fat Japanese guy in Last Samurai. Beedle Bamford in Sweeney Todd. And worst of all for me was the slimy second in command guy from Apocalypto #spoiler# cheered when Jaguar Paw cracks his head open!!!!
