Well ladies, here we are in our new home.  Even here we need our place to talk about hair woes, dummy males and what ice cream is best to have while watching film marathons.

And if anyone would like a tip for the new year my thought of the day is... don't mix vodka and wine. It hurts. I wasn't even very drunk but I have one of the worst hangovers I've had in ages. On the plus side last night I won a pink inflatabe guitar in a raffle. Rock on. [:D]

Hello girlies! *waves*  HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Hope you all had a fantastic night, whatever you did. I just got rid of my uni friends who all came to stay, celebrate and eat/drink me out of house and home. [:D] Feeling quite sad though because I'm not going to see them again now until after I get back from Australia, whenever that may be. [:(]

This time next week I'll be at Heathrow. [sm=huh.gif] Perhaps I better start packing sometime soon! [:D]

Happy New Year everyone! Sorry its late but Ive been at work all day. What a boring day that was, does any one shop on New Years, I dont think so. Thank god its only a temporary job, could never work in retail for a long period of time.

I was really fancying some plain chocolate digestives earlier but I haven't got any (thankfully, I suppose).... However now I have a hankering for Ben & Jerry's. [sm=51.gif] Or anything sweet to be honest. I managed to stop myself going out to Threshers for some Maltesers and made do with... a plum. Actually, that did the trick, surprisingly. I've been feeling so meh, I just wanted to eat rubbish. Still do. Were it not for that plum, I would have gone out and bought a truckload of Maltesers, most likely.

Oh great JV. I've been awake 40 minutes and already I'm craving maltesers and plums. And I have neither. I'll have to make do with the last of the Quality Streets (the ones no-one likes) and two satsumas.

I went yesterday afternoon to play with my 3 year old cousin. He's just the loveliest little boy in the world, it's impossible not to be happy when you're playing with him. He's irrepressible. I spent most of the aternoon dragging him across the floor in a toy rocket ship. Bless him. [:)]

This morning at work I bought a BIG bag of Maltesers and shared them with colleagues. When I say "shared" though I mean that I gave one to 3 people and the rest were mine. Sheer heaven. [:)]

I want plums too, now. And I have no more. [:@] They were deliciously sweet & juicy, I will have to see if they have any at the market on Wednesday.
