Hera married her brother Zeus (ewwww) but since he seems to cheat on her with every passing nymph and goddess, it's fair to call them dysfunctional. Still, they're well matched: she's as vengeful and bad-tempered as he is (she turned one of his girlfriends into a monster and murdered her children, for example), and her help for the Greeks in the Siege of Troy was downright sneaky. Don't expect her to play a big role in these films, though: she's mostly there to stand in the background.
