The Wonderful World Of Tim Burton
Tim Burton's style is instantly recognisable, as demonstrated in this week's Alice in Wonderland pics. We look back over his history to see how it developed, in the man's own words.

The Wonderful World Of Tim Burton | Big Fish (2003)
Big Fish (2003)
A cathartic project for the director, who was grieving the passing of his father, Big Fish looks back over one man's life as he tells his final tall tales from his deathbed and examines the relationship between fathers and sons. But the most important decision was choosing the two leading men to play lead character Ed Bloom in youth and in old age: "It was a difficult house of cards. I remember looking at pictures of Albert from Tom Jones' era. You look at that and you just see the spirit there. And then you look at pictures of Ewan. It's a little bit physical, and then I met both of them and I realized there's a real connective spirit somehow about them."
