Pretty much a fruitloop. After a troubled childhood, he became a violent, withdrawn teen and eventually turned himself into the masked vigilante Rorschach. He prefers never to remove his mask, which shows a constantly changing inkblot pattern. After superheroes are outlawed, Rorschach decided to carry on investigating anyway and it's his discovery of the murder of The Comedian that kicks off the book's events. He's a loner, but shares a good relationship with Nite Owl.
