Jasper Cullen
Jasper is older than most of the other Cullens, having fought in the US Civil War at the age of just 16. As a human, he was extremely charismatic - and when he was turned into a vampire in 1863, this manifested itself as an ability to control the emotions of those around him. He was recruited by a vampire called Maria to help her train young bloodsuckers into a private army, and for about a century his life was a continuous struggle. As a result, he finds the self-control required for the Cullens' vegetarianism difficult at times. Still, works better than a lavender neck warmer to calm you down when you're stressed.
