Terminator 2: Judgment Day
Truck vs Motorcycles
Hands up who remembers the first time they saw Terminator 2? Who doesn't think of the storm drain chase first? You're in the minority. Young John Connor thinks he's outrun the T-1000 on his dirt bike, until a huge tow truck crashes off an overpass into one of L.A.'s dry drainways. The T-800 (Arnie) gives chase on a Harley from the roads above, (shooting through padlocked wire gates with that kickass roundhouse reloading style), jumping the bike down into the drain, picking up the boy, and outrunning the truck before it slams into a bridge support. Cue truck exploding in fireball, before we're all treated to the sight of the T-1000 walking out of the flames. Perfect action cinema.
