THE THIRD HOLMES BROTHER

Sherlock's brother

Gatiss: Who can say whether that’s an idea or just yet another of our throwaway bits of mischief? It may be the thread of a rug. It’s fun, isn’t it? It’s fun.

I like the idea of a third one, another Holmes. You could have him/her gone completely rouge or something. Maybe he/she's behind New Moriarty. And everyone online is assuming that it's really him. It doesn't have to be. It could just be some random internet person screwing around with everyone. With Magnusson and Moriarty gone, there's probably going to be a big power vacuum in London, like with "Runaways" (Brian. K. Vaughn) and L.A. And I like the idea of Mary just murdering anyone who tries to hurt John, Sherlock, or her baby. In a story sense, not an "I like murder" sense. More

3 I guessed it
the Mary thing. It's all over my Twitter from episode one. It was a neat twist, but I knew she'd either die or be a baddie More

I remember Stephen King's "Dreamcatcher" had a similar idea as well. It was one of the few good scenes in that movie actually. More
