The Assassination of Jesse James...
Long title, long movie, but it's worth every second. Andrew Dominik's take on the life of the fabled outlaw and the man who adored and resented him was short on plot but rich with story and atmosphere. A more beautiful movie you will not find this year.

Best Bit: The arrival of the night-train.
