Sunshine
Danny Boyle aimed for gritty, as-real-as-possible sci-fi, Alien-style, and he came pretty damn close. We didn't always understand it (still figuring that ending), but we were rarely less than gripped.

Best Bit: One spacesuit. Several metres of vacuum to cross. Shiver.
