Top 5 Good Things In Poor Movies

5. Sir Ian McKellen in The Da Vinci Code
The only thing that stops you from slumping into an ennui-induced coma is Sir Ian's hammy turn as Grail-knower Sir Leigh Teabing.

4. Christopher Walken's Delilah in Romance & Cigarettes
John Turturro's experimental musical is a bit naff and drama schooly, but the moment where Chris Walken mime-belts out Tom Jones' Delilah is priceless.

3. Some Idiot in The Moguls
Jeff Bridges doesn't count 'cos if he's in any movie he's a good thing, but this drab porn-movie comedy does deserve some kudos for naming one character - played by Joe Pantoliano - 'Some Idiot'.

2. Rain Wilson in My Super Ex Girlfriend
This star of the American version of The Office is treated to the movie's only amusing lines - and he delivers them with perfect timing.

1. The "hamburger" scene in The Pink Panther
In an embarrassingly laugh-free movie, it's almost terrifying that this one scene, in which Steve Martin's Clouseau tries to learn how to speak American, is so gut-hurtingly funny.
