12 Boo Monsters, Inc. Voiced by an actual toddler recorded playing with toys in the Pixar offices, Boo is unutterably cute but absolutely realistic to boot. Causing complete havoc in the lives of two monsters who accidentally allow her into their world, she's a force of nature - like any child really. No wonder she melts Sully's heart. A sign in her bedroom reveals that Boo's real name is Mary, the same as the girl who played her.
